i do a yoga clas once a week but have spare time at home where i want to do more and i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find a yoga exersise video online but i dont want to have to download anything i would also want it to be liek a full lesson type thing thanks!
also any workout videos in general that yo ucan do full online thanks!

They offer a choice of 7 to 9 classes a week, full 1 hour classes, and they are completely free.
It is live streaming so you can't save them to your computer, so you have to be able to do the yoga in the room with your computer or a laptop.
The instructors are very professional, cover several different styles of yoga, and are geared toward all levels.
I highly recommend it.

Where can I learn Acro-Yoga online, either from videos or a book to order?

My wife and I want to learn acro-yoga, however all the courses are miles away from us or cost a fortune. I was wondering if there were any online tutorials or books that people could recommend. We are usually pretty good at doing and learning things ourselves or sourcing info to learn from however this is proving a little difficult!! Would even be great if we could find a skill swap.
