Can PMS be trated with any alternative/non-alternative medicine?

IS there any cure or relief for PMS? I've been taking Evening Primrose oil, practice yoga and meditation , but still get irritable, angry, sad, all at the same time.

Whats the cure for PMS and endometriosis.?

It ruins 2 weeks of my life every month. It makes work difficult and I have to organise my life around it. I have tried evening primrose and magnesium, acupuncture, yoga and walking every day. I can be a stressed person and need to learn to calm a bit, could this be the problem? Any suggestions or people out there that suffer from either pms or endometriosis?


There's a bcp called Lybrel that causes you to have no monthly periods. Yeah that doesn't sound safe but I've been reassured that it is just as safe as any other bcp. The best way to treat endometriosis is to not have a period. Doctors also do Laparoscopies (usually through 3 very little incisions, and it doesn't hurt too much) to remove endometriosis.

But my best suggestion is to talk to a gyn about it, if you haven't already.
