Yoga DVD???

I want to start doing Yoga at home. Mainly for flexibility and toning. Has anybody got any recommendations for a good DVD? I have never done Yoga before but am quite fit and healthy!

New Year’s resolutions.

People seem to either love ’em, or dismiss ’em as silly.

I’ll ’fess up: I’m on the love ’em side of making resolutions.

When several of my writing friends and I agreed to set writing resolutions/goals for 2010, my first reaction was a hand-rubbing, glee-chuckling “oh, goody.” (With sincerity—not sarcasm.)

I also set resolutions for personal goals.

Do I meet my resolutions every year?

Heck, no. I don’t think I’ve met them any year.

But I’m fine with that. To me, resolutions are a way of re-focusing on what’s most important to me.

I have to admit, this wasn’t always my attitude about resolutions. When I was in my 20s and 30s, I made long lists of resolutions. Too long.

And those resolution lists were categorized by subject, and numbered — even with bulleted sublists. Too complicated.

By, oh, mid-February, I’d realize that there was no way I was going to meet my resolutions. And I’d beat up on myself. Think of my resolution-failure as a character flaw. Oh, good grief. Too unrealistic.

My soften and I are TTC, and today is the expected start day of my AF. SO hoping it doesn’t start, I don’t requisite to have to go through that dream of interval of planning again. I recollect planning a babe in arms is more stressful than worrying about things that could go miscarry! Lol. Now, I was hoping to take some Yoga classes, or at least get some videos for where one lives stress, or books at least, something, so I can still get some utilize.
