Will doing Yoga and Zumba classes once each in one week every week help me lose weight and tone up?
I am a 14 year old girl and I am five foot four and a half and weigh 135 lbs. I am trying to get to be at least 120 in the next five months or so. Every Monday night I attend flow yoga classes and my friends and I are going to start Zumba classes every Wednesday night or Saturday morning. Will this help me lose the weight I am looking to lose?
I am also trying to eat low calorie high fiber foods, and no red meat. But, I still have my snacks every once and a while! ;)
