Just a general question. I'm just a curious individual and was wondering why yoga pants fold over at the top. It doesn't seem to serve a purpose for the clothing, so could somebody please help me?
not all yoga pants fold over at the top. Those are called "fold over yoga pants" and they help conceal any tummy a woman wants to hide. Other yoga pants dont have fold over flaps. Try checking out Victorias secret. They have both kinds in many different lengths.
Some politicians are questioning this. I say when we all are always busy in our own professional working and are not thinking about fighting against corruption then who should stand? Beside our any works we sould do something good to our nation. Being a citizen of India everybody whether they are in any profession should fight against any illegal activities in our country. Wha's your opinion?
In the first There is no born politician and there is no caste as politician caste to say that only that caste people should be in politics . People following any profession or without any profession can enter politics . It is a constitutional right This point is for political fools who think that what Baba did ,was politics. If the Baba had been engaged in any criminal activity , the government is free to prosecute him for that .No one would find fault with the government for that .But that is not the case here .for the Government negotiated with him before the fast and unleashed violence against his peaceful protest as his supporters grew in number .So it is a willful encounter type action by the government .who could achieve what they wanted by the negotiation.
Secondly , any individual , any citizen of India , can protest against any policy of the Government if he is doing it peacefully. This is his constitutional right .
The Baba is a person , a citizen of India and his protest was through a fast that is a peaceful means of protest and thousands of people joined him also the same way .They did not even raise any slogans there in the site of the fast .The scene of the site was continuously being shown in the Television channels .No body could say that any body among the protesters did anything violent .
It was seen by the whole nation that it was the Police , the Government that used violence by beating the participants in the peaceful protest .The police are not given any right under any law to disturb any peaceful assembly through use of force .The criminal laws permits the police to use only the minimum force against persons who resist arrest by the police .But the police should have necessary evidence or solid proof that arrest of the people who weer sitting on the ground peacefully was necessary under any law .The arrest of people who did not engage themselves in any criminal activity is an intentional criminal offence and the police or the Government are not exempted form criminal action if what they did was unlawful .So it is the Government and the police that committed criminally offence like terrorists and not the participants in peaceful protest .through a fast..The UPA government seems to be a terrorist government that is not good for the people of India. .
Even if the police had any information of any terrorist action against the people fasting , they should have given only protection to the participants and not enter into terrorist activity themselves . .The police should be prosecuted for their criminal terrorist action against unarmed innocent civil population for protesting against the government through a peaceful fast .
I t is unfortunate that the government headed by a party that relied on peaceful protest through fast , itself should use violent unlawful method against peaceful protesters .The congress party deserves to be voted out of power soon.in the interest of the nation as it is averse to do away with bribery and black money and is unwilling to take action to bring back to India the black monies stashed away in foreign banks by Indian politicians and business.
It is a lie to say that the government had agreed to almost all the demands of the Baba . Had it been so , they had no need to disturb the protesters violently.They could have simply notified to the public of the demands conceded to by them for the information of the public through all the TV channels and taken the wind out of the sail of Baba if he continued the fast with other motives .So it is Government that is the true villain in this case of the violent criminal dispersal of the peaceful protesters
For your information even if a person is a criminal , he has got the right to protest against any criminal activity .. Only idiots would say that a person because of his past criminal activity looses his right against anny illegality.They need some brain to understand it .,
It is the misfortune of this country, that it is now in the hands of people who lack any talent and are not goad administrators or statesmen. Neither does this country has any such able person in any other political party in this country.
