Lipton Savory Herb and Garlic Soup Mix?

I have a recipe which calls for the soup mix above, but I can't find it at the grocery store. Can anyone provide me with the ingredient list, package size, serving size, instructions, etc. from the package, so I'll know what to try to substitute?
The link someone posted was helpful, but I still can't tell if the whole package is one envelope, or two. (It's 2 oz. The 2 oz. onion soup mix is 2 envelopes, so I'm not sure if there are also 2 envelopes in this package or just more mix per envelope.)

I'm also glad I asked, as I'm allergic to potatoes, and the soup mix contains potato starch!

try the Knor herb and garlic soup. Might even be better.

What are some quick, savory soup recipes?

Thanks :)

Spice it Up with Some Savory Soups!

Taste of unusual offered

, A term used loosely in the Caribbean for a couple of native greens and sometimes even for the spinach that is often tapped as a substitute.

The soup at Passport doesn’t taste as if it has been made with spinach. The leafy green has a slight thickening effect on the soup and lends a savory aspect.

Carrot and coconut milk add flavor, as do occasional slices of peppery sausage.

The Caribbean coleslaw ($2) is a colorful mix of red and green cabbage, cilantro and onion, with a light dressing.

Spicy with black pepper and chilies, the Jamaican beef patty ($2.50) rests inside a flaky pastry crust.

The sandwiches include jerk chicken ($6.25), its meat gently marinated with mild spices.

What makes it worth ordering is the chargrilling of the chicken and the egg bun in which it’s served — along with onion, garlic mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.

For a light finish, the tandoori cucumbers ($2) are unusual: The raw cucumbers are nicely peeled, thickly cut and tossed with a turmeric-based spice.
