Yes, and I don't use it though I am an Indian in India, because dieting is so difficult! I use allopathy (modern medicine) and homeopathy etc. But Ayurveda works. Givve it a try if you prefer.

- Exercise regularly, focusing on your lower back and stomach. Strengthening these areas of the body helps stretch your vertebral column
