my 3 year old is always complaining of hurting. it has gotten so bad that he cries sometimes for ann hour. i have taken him to the dr. but he cant figure out what is wrong. any suggestions or past experience?
it is not growing pains. he hurts all over. no type of childrens tylenol or ibuprofein helps. he has had prescriptions from drs.

You need to find another doctor. When it comes to your kid never stop tring to find the answer.

Look his symptoms up online. Research until your eyes bleed. It could very well be something serious.

My sons father and i have been seperated for about 1 year now, he was never there to support my son even when he was "there". I have found out that he has been getting access to my sons health records from the health centre. He is named on the birth certificate but we where never married. I just wanted to know if this is legal. Thanks :)

If his name is on the birth certificate he is a parent for legal purposes and can access your child's medical records without consent if the child is too young to give that consent. If it were not permissible under the DPA, the records could not be released. You need to call your child's health care provider, explain the situation and see if you have any recourse.
