I have just started Vinyasa Flow yoga, 3-4 two hour sessions a week. What differences will I notice?

I'm 20 and I've never done any yoga but wanted to for years. I've only been to two sessions and it's very dive-straight-in and hardcore. Not all slow and meditative but more sweat-pouring-off-my-chin and massive head rushes. With short breaks of slow and meditative. What kind of differences will I notice in myself if I continue attending these two hour sessions 3-4 times a week?

The other half is you have to maintain a healthy diet plan .. not diet lessening your food intake diet but eating "healthy foods" kind of diet.
