Yes.

'Accelerated Body Sculpting' (Mari Windsor)
Plus any other dvd is fine.

Every day would be great but 3 x a week is more than fine. That particular dvd is about 60 minutes so 3 hours a week.

Gaining weight would be only possible if you eat more. Try the body Fat Guide for more specifics.

Designs of a decade

Just what is there to say about fashion in the aughts? Certainly, you can look in your closet for the answers.

For the most part, there was no defining look of this decade. It was a ubiquitous decade of trends driven largely by celebrities and reality television.

When it came to fashion, we ultimately had this "I oughta have this; I oughta have that" attitude.

Lucky for us there was an explosion of micro trends.

Some of us thought luxury and outlet stores were best options for style. Others decided to sit in front of a sewing machine, especially during the recession, to make wares at home.

We were terribly fickle, though. We had our moments with Emo, cowboy cool, vampire chic, sustainable fashion, hipster, bohemian and hip-hop styles. We wore velour tracksuits like J.Lo and later did Winsor Pilates, hoping to easily slide into all of the designer jeans we owned. We were into minimalist styles and later ethnic prints. We wanted to look like Harajuku girls, Dolce & Gabbana models and Lady Gaga. We wanted to be on "Project Runway" and "What Not to Wear."

exercise: Pilates

I've had an "on again, off again" relationship with Winsor Pilates since 2005. Back in the day when I tempered to to weigh 110 lbs, Pilates was my practise of selection. Now with working scheduling and winter-in the good old days b simultaneously woes, I reshape again to Pilates for muscle conditioning and compliance. It looks comprehensible, but it is deceptively challenging. I have several workouts by Mari Winsor, and I like the sequencing of exercises. She now has a clump of videos out that use a denial corps with the exercises for more toning benefits too, so it's a clever workout for people of all salubrity levels. I came across this video of Christie Yamaguchi , an Olympic Take into consideration Skater; she had been featured in a 2009 difficulty of Healthiness Periodical, and she claims that doing Pilates gave her delineation in her abs that she'd never had before, even at her most fit. That is encouraging to me as the unimaginative partner, seeing that an Olympic athlete gets results from such a "basic" try.
