Continuing Education offers many 'healthy' classes

Exercise Boot Camp, Cardio Kick Boxing, and Stretch and Tone are new courses in Ridgefield Continuing Education.
Other classes that help participants build bone density, strength and balance and meet fitness goals are Yoga, Pilates, Yogilates, Stretching, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Line Dance, Zumba, Latin Dance, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong.
Exercise Boot Camp starts Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 6 p.m.; Stretch and Tone starts Thursday, Jan. 21 at 7:05 p.m., Cardio Kick Boxing starts Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 5:30 p.m.;
Super Stretch starts Monday, Jan. 25 at 6 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 3 at 8:30 a.m.; Yoga with Ann Deiters starts Monday, Jan. 25 at 7 p.m.; Gentle Yoga with Frances Goulart starts Wednesday, Jan. 27 at 7:15 p.m.; Pilates with Fran Goulart starts Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 8:30 a.m. and Thursday, Feb. 4 at 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.; Yogilates starts Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 6:45 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 4 at 7:15 p.m. and Friday, Jan. 29 at 9:30 a.m.; Zumba starts Thursday, Jan. 21
