I wanna take yoga (hatha and thing) for the whole month. Do you know what are the benefits for my body? Can I get more muscle than cardio thing and can I get slimmer on doing yoga? At least can I get flat stomach? And im actually about 47kgs and about 166/167 cm. Is that normal? Because I think I need to loose more fat in my belly.

kundalini yoga is one of the toughest to achieve and what is taught is a softer version of it, the real kundalini if achieved will open your sixth sense and you have to avoid alcohol, drugs, non vegetarian foods and sex completely from your mind even only then the real concentration will come and a sweet taste will start appearing in your throat.
