Workout routines?

With workout routines say on monday its chest/triceps. I dont see how this would last a hour? After doing say your 3 exercises for your chest then triceps it wouldnt last very long? How do you do a hours workout?


mine normally take 45 mins per muscle group im training, however it depend entirely on how many different exercises im doing and the fact that im using a gym at home and often takes me a good 4 minutes to set up for the next set of exercises.

as long as your using good form and taking a 30 sec break inbetween sets mate you have nothing to worry about if you are finishing your workout quickly then you have done well as you havent allowed your heart rate to drop as much and will burn more calories that way. if you go to a gym its probably easier to finish quickly as long as no one is using a mahcine you want to use.

i am about to get a membership to a gym n was wondering what would be the best workout routines if i go 2 times a week, hour n a half long for upper n bottom? im trying to mass up and gain back some muscles because i have became a couch potato >.<


Best 2 day workout that you could do, in my opinion.

First day: Work on Bis, Tris and Chest.

Second day: Work on Shoulders, Back, Legs and Abs.

You can always do Legs and Abs on both days, but do not do Shoulders and Chest in one day, or Back and Chest as it will work the same muscles and make your muscles very sore.
