ok so this might be a stupid question but i have never known the answer!
ok so say your on a diet where you can eat 1700 calories. and after lunch you have eaten 800 calories. if i work out and burn 300 calories does that actually mean that i have really only eaten 500 since i burned 300 of them off or do i not even count what i burn off onto my eating plan. sorry if this is confussing i dont really know the right way to put it!!
