Alternative workouts?
I want to tone up my abs and thighs.
I hate any floor exercises/stretches etc, I just don't have the patience and I prefer to be out of doors!
I walk 2 miles each morning and jog 2 miles each evening, is there anything I could do while walking/jogging to target abs and thighs?
i was exectly the same :) i bought sport hoop,and i love it :) its a lot of fun,can do it at home when weather bad,and didnt cost fortune(mine costed around 8 pounds). Only could spin it on one side when i started,now do it on both,four times a day for about 15 min(7,5 right side and 7,5 left),and i notice difference in about couple weeks,my stomic looks and feels tighter. You def should try it if you not floor exersice fan.
