I have been doing ab workouts for some time now. What are really good ab workouts I can do to get an 8 pack?
i have an awesome 6 pack just I want an 8 pack now.


Ill be honest with you bro,

I used to do a 1000 situps and all that madness, but i never saw all of my abs until I got my bodyfat down into single digits.

Situps are good to tone them and make them harder but it was the cardio that helped me get lean as all heck.
