What would be a good exercise with a workout bench?

I just got a bench that comes with a 20-pound bar, the leg exercise thing, and a 105 pounds in weights. What would be a good workout routine?

Can I still due bench exercises without a workout bench?

I have found a good workout routine but I have no workout bench for half the dumbbell routines. Is there anything I can use to substitute a flat surface to work out on (like a bed) that will give me the same benefits as a workout bench?


You can do "bench presses" and "flies" on the floor, the only thing a bench does is give you greater range of motion and greater number of exercises you can do. If you have access to an exercise ball, you can also do them lying on the ball. This also gives you the benefit of working your stabilization muscles that you can't get on a bench.
