Should my wobble board have a dent in the sphere underneath?

i bought a plastic circle wobble board and it had a dent in the sphere underneath right in the middle so you can stand on it and you dont need any balance.
No there not meant to have a dent in it.
Wobble & rocker boards are rounded the to make you use your balance (proprioception) which help strengthen the ankle muscles especially after ankle injuries, they are also used for older people who have poor balance to prevent falls or those who have had a fall.

If you mean the circular piece of wood that has a ball on the bottom of it, and you're meant to balance it... then I do know that it helps with balance, of course, and perhaps your core muscles. Things like abs and buttocks.
Those are really cool. My chiropractor has one and he was letting me try it. It was mostly a small comedy show... trying to get me to balance. :P

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stocks struggled to hold to gains Thursday after Germany and France said they will produce a broad plan to resolve Europe's debt crisis, easing worries that differences between the two nations could stall a weekend leaders summit.
In a joint statement, the two European Union heavyweights said they would meet Saturday night ahead of the EU summit on Sunday, with the aim of providing a "comprehensive and ambitious response to the current crisis in the euro area," including a revamped bailout fund and plans to strengthen European bank capital. They'll follow that meeting with another one no later than Wednesday at which they will finalize their agreement, according to the statement.
Extending the week's choppy trading, stocks have spent most of Thursday's session bouncing between gains and losses, weighed by earlier news reports that the EU summit -- seen as a crucial step in coming up with new measures to prevent one or more sovereign debt defaults in Europe -- could be postponed.
