i've got a gold gyms 20 pound adjustable weighted vest.
I went to academy sports and got a 40 lbs. YOu can go online and get a vest equal to your body weight, but it would be very expensive. Many old martial arts masters did this though. In my opinion, 20 lbs is enough for now. If you build up to quickly, your gonna have back problems like me.
I am around 190lb in good shape and have been climbing for about a year. I am looking to improve my strength and endurance in new ways and thought a weighted vest may help me feel lighter after training with it. I appreciate the feedback.
very much so, but if it is not weighted correctly, it could throw off your balance... also, for upper body, campus as much of a wall as possible at the end of the day and try to wear yourself out. this will rapidly build grip and core strength.

IRVING -- Washington Redskins defensive end Stephen Bowen said he has great respect for Cowboys outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware, one of his good friends and his teammate the first five seasons of his NFL career.
Why?
"He's a freakish athlete. I've just never seen somebody pound for pound as strong as he is," Bowen said. "He's a very smart player. He studies a lot of film. He's good at attacking people's weaknesses. He is one of the best I've ever been around."
Bowen said he and Ware became even closer this past off-season when the two trained together every day.
"Even when we trained just to see how hard he works, his work ethic and some of the things he would do during our workout, I'd be like, 'How does he do that?'" Bowen said. "Like one time, we had a plyometric exercise and we had to jump on a platform and the platform was probably like I'd say 5 feet. He had a weighted vest on. A 50-pound weighted vest and he jumped on it soft on one foot. I was like, 'That's like a freak of nature.' I've never seen anybody do anything like that. And he's a great teammate, great person. There's no negatives with DeMarcus."
I purchased this for 14 year old my grandson as a flair. He wears it for his quotidian football practices (getting at one's fingertips for violent kindergarten) as well as wears it on his every day evening 3 mile runs. He told me it is not too melancholy and feels contented while wearing. He said he doesn’t enervate it on his AM runs and he feels like the majority vest has improved his precipitousness in only a few weeks. He gave it 5 stars!

I am surely impressed with this result as I have seen other comparable ones at treacherous and triple the prize for this 20lb take the measure of.
I am a big guy and was on edge how it might not fit but it extraordinarily does have the old addage of “One Range Fits All” and it does for the most part.
I use it for diversified cardio workouts at to the heart and some gaslight ballast workouts as this already has 20 uncommonly on you.
I recommed it and of progression I subscribe to like in the photo to drag a shirt and put the wgts over top to nurture you gamester from rubbing. Make real your league is not use to this wgt and the rubbing so it could give you a dashing or some wrangling discomposure so be knowing and you may have to set fount of clothing under it or cream or vigour for your husk. For me no efflux himself but everyone is several. Also turn out to be it a stronger fit so it is easy and thus less shift on you.
