I have seen this exercise equipment where you use it as steps. Like a twist stepper I believe its called. Does anyone have one or know what I am talking about? I just want to know if they really work and what do they exactly do for you? Is it kinda like climbing stairs? Thanks for all advice. Have a good night or day!!!
Have not seen it. But I would avoid a stepper that twist you when you step up and down. Can damage the spine. The Step works fine as it is.

I do atleast 10 minutes of a twist stepper atleast twice a day, I also walk whenever and wherever I go; erm I also run stairs when I'm able to, when I do i do it atleast 40 times haha. I perform the plank ab exercise everyday for atleast two minutes. Is this a good enough workout to maintain weight? I don't eat Alot, I'm 17, 5'8 and weigh approx. 130lbs, is this workout ok?
