How can I gain more muscle mass in two months?
I recently won the role of Troy Bolton in a local production of High School Musical, and it's turning out to be a bigger deal than I had anticipated. Since ours is the first community theater in the Florida Panhandle to put on this show, we've gotten plenty of media attention, stretching all the way to news channels in Mobile. I already knew that I would have to change my image, but now it's critical that I bulk up if I want to help the show to be a success. I've been working out for three months now, long enough so that now I'm noticing small definition. I only weight 115 pounds and now I need an intense workout that can have me pack on as many pounds of muscle as possible before opening night in April. I know there is no miracle workout, but does anybody have any workout routines for someone whose only equipment is a flat bench press, some dumbbells with interchangeable plates, and a Chairman workout machine?
Creatine is the only supplement (legal) that I've heard of that will help you bulk up. Of course you have to lift weights too. But if you take creatine and ever feel yourself start to get abnormally irritable or easily angered, please stop taking it. It can cause that sort of problems for some folks, especially young men.
