Dumbbell only weightlifting?
Recently I moved into an aparment that is fairly small and I don't have room for my weight equipment, especially the bench and squat rack. I've checked around, but there aren't any gyms in my town (it's pretty small) or the near-by area.
I've done some searching, but it seems that every workout using dumbbells only require the use of a weight bench, especially for presses, rows and squats.
Can anyone recommend a site that has workouts using dumbbells only that don't need a bench of any kind to perform? I've worked very hard to get into pretty good shape and I want to keep it that way.
