Roman Chair?

Have any of you ladies ever used the Roman Chair at the gym? If so, did it make you feel you know funny? I have used it and it for some reason gave me an orgasm. What the heck?
Actually dude, I have been married for 4 years and I have a fantastic sex life. And to be honest, I'm not offended or anything, but you really shouldn't judge so quickly. I asked a question, to the ladies, to see if it had happened to any of them. That's all. Nothing more than that.
Yeah it was still funny though! Its all good.

Wow. Now don't get embarased cause I'm a guy, and don't take this the wrong way, but...
I think you really need a boyfriend. And that's all I have to say.

Update:
Sorry Bree G. Guess I jumped to conclusions. Oops!
Ps...It would have been funnier to you if you were single.

I use the roman chair but do not feel anything in my stomach?

I use a roman chair and do about 75 90 degree leg raises a day. i have only been doing it for 3 days though. but shouldnt i be feeling sore? i do not really have a 6 pack or anything

Theoretically, you should be feeling sore after 75 of those bad boys. You might want to check your form and modify the exercise to make it more difficult if that is too easy.

First, don't swing your legs. You will start feeding off of momentum and that does nothing for your core. Raise and lower you legs in a smooth and controlled motion. Pause when you lower your legs and really contract your abs as you bring them back up.

Secondly, you might want to try pointing your toes. What seems like a simple movement will engage a lot of different muscles that you may not have felt before.

And my last suggestion would be to raise your legs in different ways. Hold your knees together and twist to one side, then the other. Raise your legs above 90 degrees, curl your legs into your chest at the top of a movement and dip your legs down and back up (like a bobbin on a sewing machine). Vary your workout. You can do all kinds of stuff on the roman chair!
Good luck.

WANSTEAD: Historical Society marks anniversary with exhibition

TAKE a visit to Wanstead library this month and you’ll be treated to a visual tour through the area's past.

To mark its 50th anniversary, the Wanstead Historical Society has put together a display of photos and objects charting the rich history of the area.

Alongside pictures of landmarks past and present, there is Roman pottery, discovered in Wanstead Park, and even an old bottle of Mexican hair restorer.

The Society’s chairwoman, Doreen Golding, explains: “When the old Wanstead Drinking Fountain was moved to make way for the M11, they found quite a bit of old stuff underneath it, including this old bottle.

“Who knows who was putting that stuff on their head.”

Mrs Golding has been chair of the society for 10 years.

Pictures of her predecessors, including pipe-smoking founder Jack Elsden Tuffs, are included in the exhibition.

Mr Tuffs, who was also a member of the Magic Circle, died in 1978, but the society continues to go from strength to strength. Mrs Golding says new members, including those who have recently moved to the area and want to find out more, are always welcome.

Ordinary Moments: A Little Discipline

God so often reveals Himself to us in the routine day-to-day experiences of spark of life. Yet we skip Him. These entries are to foster us to look for Him, find Him, and praise Him. It's my devotion that my familiar moments would motivation you to look for your own. I would adoration for you to situation a note about your confrontation and part how God has shown up in your life-force, too -- through an eccentric weight! May we all be infused with dauntlessness and challenge to look for Him. So Bud, my importance trainer, said to me last week, "I've got a petite book I paucity to give you." Bad! I turtle-dove books!!! And then he proceeded to say, "It's an training regulations." Well, I notion that was fresh. I was convinced it would show me numerous techniques to intensity training -- quite some I could do at make clear with my unimpeded weights. But then he said, "It's a dossier for recording your manipulate, your cardio workout, and your pluck training. And there's a proper to scribble down everything you eat as well as your O intake and any vitamins or supplements." What I wanted to say was, "Hang around a r! Isn't it enough that I pay you to put my main part through all kinds of stresses while it screams its objections? Now you're prospering to get into my dear concern as well?" So I reluctantly took the ticket and the first element I noticed was a "Comments" segment at the bottom of each day's log. Oh, you can bet I'll fill up that leg! And then I asked my first query: "Would it be okay if I start next week?" After all, I heard prolonged ago that you shouldn't start anything on a Friday that you couldn't deliver. Bud agreed and off I went, reasonable, "Okay, indulge, eat all you dearth this weekend, because revile Monday morning, you've got to start review it down, recording every sample that goes in your entry-way." (Please refer back to "all-embracing humour.") So, as you can see, except for the insignificant mishap with the beaters and "dipping," I'm off to a melodious sufficient start. And if I'm to be square-shooting, this unimaginative teach of keeping records remarkably...
