A: You’re smart to give up on dieting. You want lifestyle change! Good for you! I suggest you set a goal for yourself that is meaningful to you. Run a 5k? Bike 35 miles? Then keep a journal of your everyday progress. This is a wonderful motivational tool — goals and keeping a journal. Sit quietly and think of a goal that is meaningful to you. How will you meet that goal? Write in your journal every day.
