Neck Exercise Machine - Fitness Equipment


When i do the pec fly exercise on the machine my neck gets strained. is this normal?

the exercise where your elbows are at 90 degrees and they come together when you do the excercise
i find that i cant look down (literally) that much anymore.


You are trying to do the exercise with too much weight. If you cannot complete the repetition without straining your neck that means your arm muscles are not strong enough to complete the exercise alone. I would suggest lowering the weight and doing more reps. Also, conciously relax your neck muscles and focus your energy into your pecs and arms.

Do you think the "neck slimmer" exercise machine will help a loose neck? I've heard?

what causes your neck to get loose is a muscle, and if you tighten up that muscle you should see improvement. Anyone know anything about this? Also, why do some women get it, and others don't. I've seen women in their 40's who have it, and women in their 60's that don't. Is it just genetics?

Hello All, Im 17 years of age and well im beautiful deep for my age, im around 13 and half stone, im deliberate about my worth but i cant seem to yield it, iv always wanted to be well-muscled and horse feathers but i eat the deficient scoff all i eat is nourishment as i never ate vegetables as a young man so i don’t eat them now.

Im looking to bested the bulk and to start working out, i don’t have a job so i cant give to go to a gym, i have an exercise machine but its not to wares i don’t like it its one of those ski machines where u run up and down i cant illustrate it so consumable.
