I recently bought a book and dvd of a one mile walk with Leslie Sansone. Has anyone been faithful to walk a mile each day with this dvd and did you lose any inches or weight?


I haven't tried it, but a friend of mine did, and she had really good results. She lost some weight, and her hips and legs slimmed down.

How many calories do Leslie Sansone tapes burn?

How many calories do I burn doing Leslie Sansone's 2 mile Walk Away The Pound tapes? It's basically thirty minutes of walking, doing knee lifts, kick backs, side steps and using three pound weights.


Well, walking one mile burns about 100 calories, give or take a few. It depends on your weight. So 2 miles should burn around 200 calories. Since you're adding extra moves and using the weights it may burn a few more. I love Leslie Sansone tapes when I do them! You just have to commit and you will get in shape. Hope I helped!
