I want to do tricking/ Extreme Martial arts and i want to know will jumping rope help me in it... If yes how much do i have to jump...
the jump rope will build up your cardio vascular system. Do as much as you can.

My dumb parents won't drive me to walmart to get a friggin jump rope =( I want to exercise while its raining and I can't do that. Could I just pretned I'm jumping rope and still be the same, or do I need an actual rope? lol sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but I want a serious answer. Thanks!

The Lantern: The sport of jump rope increases in popularity
Oftentimes, when people think of jump rope they imagine little girls skipping down the sidewalk while singing little rhymes they created; but when I think of jump rope, I recall gymnastics, strength and stamina combined into one sport.
I believe the biggest reason people do not believe jump rope is a sport is because not enough people know about it throughout the world, although it has become more popular throughout the past thirty years. Since jump rope’s increase in popularity, movies like Jump In have been made to help show what jump rope is all about.
Grace Huang has been on the Heartbeats for four years. Her views on jump rope changed after she became a part of the Heartbeats and got to know what the sport of jump rope is all about.
"Before, it was just something people did the on the playground. Then I watched a few shows, and it was amazing, so I decided to try out. After lots of work, I finally became what I watched," Huang said.

* With one helve in each leg up, right jump rope behind you on the range.
* Without jumping, spiral the rope over your employer to the front of you letting the rope acreage on the prepare.
* With the handles still in your hands and the rope at your feet, jump over the rope with both feet together.
* Rebroadcast the above steps as needed, growing faster as you become more reasonable.
