Wednesday: Biceps and back

Hammers
Isolated curls (one arm)

Thursday: Rest

And then that over and over again? Is that good? Any modifications will help. Any advice will do. Thanks!

How many calories should I eat following this?

I am 22, 5’6” and 132 pounds.
My goal is to get a flat stomach and inner thighs, and lose the bit of celulite I have.
I have a bad back and hip, tehrefore I cannot do something extremly intence and have to stop when in pain.
If I do this, will this help me reach my goal? And with doing all this, how many caloies should I eat?

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Morning: Walk on treadmil (3.5 mph, 10 incline for 20 minutes.)

Afternoon: Go to gym for an hour. I walk tehre, it is about 10 minutes away. My weights estimating, would be…50 for arms, and 60 for legs, but the machine where you push the weights, the Sled, I can do 150. I do about 20 minutes of cardio there.

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday: Morning: Walk on treadmil (3.5 mph, 10 incline for 20 minutes.),

Afternoon: Walk on treadmill (3.5-4 mph, for 30 minutes.)

Night: (after dinner) Intervals of walking and jogging, 5 minutes each for an hour.

I would suggest to eat about 1500 calories a day. If you want you can go to fitday.com and it can tell you for sure. Good Luck!

Web dictionary quickly adds 'hip' words

Their website sports all the traditional functions of a dictionary like parts of speech, spelling and, of course, definitions. But their online mechanism adds much more, including an audio button that lets me know correct pronunciation.

For example, little did I know that short curtain at the top of my window, a valance, is pronounced VAY-lence. I always said VAL-ence.

That chair on the patio, chaise longue, is a SHAZE-long. Note that "lounge" is missing here. The French term literally means "long chair."

There's also a quiz to match images with definitions within a few seconds. I'm happy to report that I could identify riser, emery board, flying buttress, balaclava, and vamp, to name a few, and received an above average score.

I really like M-W's Top Ten lists. Their list of often confused terms showed me the error of my vocabulary with "flesh out a plan" rather than "flush out." In the list of useful and intriguing concepts, I discovered esprit de l'escalier (staircase wit) which perfectly describes what I call my "latent thinking." This is that moment long past a particular conversation when I throw up my hands and exclaim, "Now that's what I should have said."
