Hand Finger Exercise - Fitness Equipment


Guitarists: can anyone recommend any hand / finger exercises to practice while away from the guitar?

.....particularly exercises for the left hand to promote finger independence, flexibility and stretch. Because I get little time to actually play or practice, I'd really appreciate some exercises that can be done at any time, while away from the guitar. Thanks.

What are some good left hand exercises or finger exercises for the piano?

I'm trying to teach myself how to play the piano, but unfortunately I'm very strongly right-handed, and my left hand is next-to-useless. My pinky finger on my right hand is also very weak due to an injury.

What sort of exercises can I do to strengthen my fingers?

The left hand is challenging in piano for a number of reasons, so your experience is normal. As far as your right-hand injury goes, you'll have to compensate, but it's doable. Good luck.
