How quick and effective are the Gold's Gym resistance bands for toning?

I just purchased the kit of resistance tube. It comes with 3 different bands. Do you know how long does it typically take for a beginner to notice result ? Thanks!

you will have the results that correlate with your degree of exercise. the harder you work, the faster your results, but either way, you will have to zone in on your nutrition. SOOOO much of it is diet!

how do you compare resistance bands + weight?

I just bought a pack of 3 Gold's Gym resistance bands for p90x and I was wondering what the resistance is compared to freeweights in pounds?
