It's a piece of exercise equipment that you hold with 2 hands, one over the other. It's like a couple of gears that you put your hands in and you turn it around in a spinning manner.

my friend has a pair but i forgot to ask him. its kinda looks like pliers. there small and u squeeze them really hard and i would like to know what this equipment is called. and are they cheap?
They are called hand grips...sold at WalMart, as well as any and all sports stores. Very, very effective for forearm development, as well as increased grip strenght.
