If I can bench press 225 lbs. and incline dumbbell bench 45 lbs. per hand, whats a good weight for flat bench dumbbells for me to use?

You can flat barbell benchpress 225 (100kgs) but can only do 45 pounds on incline dumbell? You must be able to do more.
I'm thinking you can do 85-90lbs flat bench dumbbell. Thats about 40 kg dumbbells.

Yes and no. Yes in that the more you push up with each individual arm will strengthen your chest muscles, which could theoretically increase your bench, but it is unlikely b/c bench is a full upper body motion that requires good form and muscle coordination, so maybe not.
