I would like to get a resistance exercise tension band type thing...I want one like the one found in this video:

I need an exercise to get rid of the flab on the back of my arms above my triceps, any ideas for home exercis?

I have a swiss ball, bosu ball, dumbbell weights and tension bands. Are there any exercises that I can do using these things or other stuff at home to get rid of this flab I have had all of my life.

I'm a tiny person but it is the only place I have flab that I can't get rid of.

My arms are to big for my frame and it isn't just muscle. Help!


Hold a dumbbell with both hands at the end, raise over to arm's length. Stand straight up, with your head up and your feet about 16 inches apart.
