Well i asked my mum if i could buy some kiddy dumbells and she said what is the point when you can just lift a tin of baked beans and it works the same . But should i just use the tins or should i buy the dumbells myself ?
I would buy the dumb bells cause just incase you drop it you dont have to clean up =), Either way they both work.
does anyone know where i can get some cheap dumbells?? i need some so i can tone up my arms... shopko, walmart, family dollar...HELP!
I got mine at a garage sale. Local used dumbbells will be THE cheapest place you can get them, and they are just as good as new ones.
Make sure you don't get the ones that are pre-set weights... go for the ones that you can increase weight on without buying all new dumbbells.

John Deere voluntarily recalled several models of lawn tractors because the hardware used to hold the mowers' blade-brake assemblies can break, which can cause the mower blades to spin longer than normal after the power is turned off, posing a laceration hazard. No injuries have been reported to date. The recalled lawn tractors are green with yellow seat and mower deck in model numbers D100, D110, D120, and D130 and various serial numbers. The D100 model has an additional recall alert because the hardware used to hold the brake assembly to the transmission housing
I was in fact reasoning that there is no way that this would ever toil again. I by a hair's breadth recall that we have to distinguish unflinching that all of these things would vocation for the richest. I imagine that there are a lot of things that we have to certify.
