how many minutes should i do on a cardio glide machine?


Increase that to 20 to 30 minutes. 20 minutes of exercise of any kind is aerobic. 30 mins is 5 mins of warm up, and 5 of cool down.

Has anyone had success with a cardio glide?

I'm thinking of getting one by healthrider because I have a foot injury between my toes and ball of my foot so I can't walk or run etc.... I can ride a bike or do this. What I was wondering is has anyone had any success with these machines? Any useful info would be appreciated. I need to lose 15lbs and firm up.
I have 5 children and a military husband, leaving home to go to the gym is out of the question, but thanks. Maybe one day.


I'd use that money for a gym membership instead. Cheap cardio equipment usually doesn't last very long.

If going to the gym isn't an option, I'd get a book and/or DVD for doing pilates. Maybe an exercise ball, too. The exercise industry has done a good job convincing people that they need a special piece of equipment in order to get a good workout. Many of them are junky gimmicks.
