i had an hiv ag/ab (antigen-antibody) combo test at 11 weeks from my possiable incounter and they came back negative does that mean that i am in the clear since antigen detects the virus at early stages and antibody at later stages?
Hi i just got the P90x training program because i want to build some muscle mass and ..i was wondering....can i make a "combo" of those DVDs and make my own routine based on 'em? yes yes i know that there is a 3 phase training program but i ....kinda dont want to do Yoga or Kenpo...or Stretch...or Plyometrics :D ..

You don't need to do resistance training everyday, at most every other day will do. That's why the P90X program is set up to do resistance training every other day with a cardio/yoga day in between. You will be over training doing the schedule you have there. You can do your own routine in P90X, but I would stick to the layout they provide.
