20 Pounds Neoprene Weights - Fitness Equipment


Inaccurate weight on Wii Fit Plus with neoprene sleeve?

I recently put a neoprene sleeve on my wii fit plus to keep it from getting dirty. I tried using it without the foot attachments on my carpet and it said I weighed 10 pounds less that my actual weight. When I added the attachments, it said I weighed almost 20 lbs less than my actual weight, What gives? Is there a way I can calibrate the balance board or am I going to have to stop using the sleeve? Anyone else have problems with this?


You HAVE to have the foot attachments to use it on the carpet. I have the sleeve on mine and it makes no difference- it's the carpet without the extra attachments that is doing it.

so i cant seem to eat right all the time
and i cant seem to exercise all the time
i need to do something to tighten my upper arms cuz they r really flabby

here's what you need to do:
drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don't starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you'll gain everything back, trust me.
eat lots of fruits and veggies, eat lean meats like chicken breast, and if you eat bread, make sure it's whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening.
skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, and chips and cookies.
cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!
and don't forget to exercise!
try walking, jogging, jump rope, and swimming. try exercising for 45-60 minutes a day. hope this helps!
