Meticulous Productivity System (SPS) that rewards prominent attainment in the arts by skill members with the value of Artist I, II, or III, with corresponding honoraria – upon Pres. Neil Garcia, Evil-doing President Cristina Pantoja Hidalgo, Gerardo Rey Lico, Dean Rolando Tolentino, former Dean Rosario Torres-Yu, Basilio Esteban Villaruz, and Patrick Flores, the Jorge Vargas Museum and Filipiniana Investigating Center's present-day curator. Based on the S.P.S., the U.P. Artist line has cash awards -- P120,000, P144,000, and P180,000 each year for U.P. Artist I, II, and III severally -- from a U.P. A.P.S.
